Every Pro+ profile on Infotact is scored on a transparent, signal-based algorithm so recruiters can hire the right engineer faster. We weigh verification status, real-world projects with featured tech stacks, work experience, GitHub contributions, LeetCode solves, resume completeness and link diversity (LinkedIn, portfolio, X, website). When a recruiter pastes a job description, the algorithm overlays a JD-match score based on skill, role and tech-stack token overlap with the candidate's profile.
