Every Pro+ profile on Infotact is scored on a transparent, signal-based algorithm so recruiters can hire the right engineer faster. We weigh verification status, real-world projects with featured tech stacks, work experience, GitHub contributions, LeetCode solves, resume completeness and link diversity (LinkedIn, portfolio, X, website). When a recruiter pastes a job description, the algorithm overlays a JD-match score based on skill, role and tech-stack token overlap with the candidate's profile.

Paste a job description and we tokenize it, then measure overlap with each candidate's skills, project tech stacks, role titles, headline and AI summary. The final rank is a 50/50 blend of profile-quality score and JD-match score (both 0–100).

How do recruiters reach out to a candidate?▾

Every Pro+ candidate card has a Reach out button that opens the candidate's recruiter inbox form. No signup is required for recruiters – your message lands in the candidate's inbox and email instantly.

How can I get listed on Top Candidates?▾

Is the recruiter JD-match tool free?▾
